7 Workouts almost as nuts as Prancercise

This week, the world was introduced to the magic that is Prancercise, a workout of horses of inspiration - and we use that term in the broad sense - which debuted without fanfare in the 1980s, but is now a viral sensation. (ICYMI: you can watch the surprisingly cray video here.)

While the unique and incredible, Prancercise is not the CAN't believe you only are-exercise routine serious out there. Here are seven others that completely are we, cracked us upward, or both.

Daily training of body Flex

We do not know who is this woman, or that it is trying to accomplish here, but... we are afraid. (However, does not lie, this Leotard is effing rad.)

The workout of heels

If we are all on the rocking stilettos and dismantle their best just walks here, we are of the persuasion that work should not require a sexyface.

The method of the will

Created to help strengthen your feet and ankles, the Barefoot training is all about 'only training.' And, apparently, try time super awkward test your balance.

Chairacise

Because light now, who wants to actually have to stand while you work? Although, to be honest, this clip gives us excellent ideas about how to get some exercise in our counters. Well done, Chairacise. Well played.

Extreme treadmill Workout

Although not part of a 'official' workout video, the movements of this guy are downright captivating. De plus, if the background music does not make you want to bust a little fist pump action, you're obviously dead inside.

Dance mat

Take the thing in workout of the conveyor belt a notch is this incredible guy who seriously needs its own exercise video - stat.

Facial Flex

No matter how much you take yoga classes or how much Prancercising you do, you do not achieve true facial fitness - or, at least, that's the idea behind this workout. Seems great fun and not at all of us remember to be at the dentist.
